Privacy Policy
AJ Partners Mexico
This Privacy Policy describes how AJ Partners collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information of visitors to ajpartners.mx, in accordance with applicable Mexican data protection legislation.
Effective date: 2026-07-25 · Version: 1.0.0
1. Identity and contact details of the controller
AJ Partners is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
Controller: Adam Behr, Founder and Managing Director.
Commercial email: adam@ajpartners.mx
Privacy email: privacy@ajpartners.mx (mailbox pending creation).
Website: https://ajpartners.mx
The registered legal entity name and fiscal address will be confirmed by the founder and published in this section.
2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies solely to the website ajpartners.mx and to the forms, assessments and communications originating from it.
It does not apply to the services AJ Partners provides to its clients under a separate contract, which are governed by the services agreement, data processing agreement and applicable security schedules.
This notice is not a substitute for the privacy notice of the systems AJ Partners designs for its clients.
3. Categories of data collected
AJ Partners distinguishes between three data-collection states:
Currently collected: Data actively requested in site forms.
Conditionally collected: Data collected only if the user chooses to provide it.
Planned but inactive: Data that will be collected in the future when specific integrations are activated.
Sensitive personal data (health, religious beliefs, union membership, sexual orientation, etc.) is not requested or processed through the site's public forms.
Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, medical, financial-account, authentication, or government-identification information through ordinary public forms.
4. Purposes of processing
Necessary or primary purposes (no additional consent required beyond what is necessary to respond):
• Respond to your contact, assessment or information request.
• Follow up on the commercial conversation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls.
• Prepare proposals or quotations.
Secondary or optional purposes (require explicit consent; not a condition for responding to your request):
• Send you the Business Brief, commercial communications or value content.
• Analyze in aggregate how the site is used to improve it.
You may withdraw your consent for secondary purposes at any time without affecting the processing of your data for primary purposes.
5. Consent framework
AJ Partners processes personal data on the following bases, expressed cautiously:
• Explicit consent of the data subject for secondary purposes (marketing, optional analytics).
• Necessity to take steps prior to entering a contract or at the request of the data subject (responding to a contact or quotation request).
• Legitimate interest of the controller in protecting site security and operation, provided the data subject's rights do not override it.
This notice does not constitute a certified statement of statutory compliance. The suitability of each basis should be reviewed by qualified Mexican counsel.
6. Contact forms and assessments
The contact form and business assessments collect the following data when you choose to provide it:
• First and last name
• Company
• Business email
• WhatsApp or phone number
• City and state
• Industry
• Website (optional)
• Company size and approximate revenue (optional)
• Primary business challenge
• Inquiry type
• Message (optional)
• Consent timestamp and policy version
• Language, source URL and UTM parameters
• Technical logs necessary for security and operation (IP address, browser type)
Form data is delivered by email to adam@ajpartners.mx and stored on the platform that hosts the site.
8. Website analytics and measurement
AJ Partners has planned the implementation of Google Analytics 4, but it is NOT currently active.
No analytics scripts load until the user grants explicit consent for the analytics category.
While analytics is not active, the site does not use measurement cookies.
When activated, Google Analytics 4 may store an anonymous client identifier in a first-party _ga cookie. Google processes information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
AJ Partners does not claim that Google "sells AJ Partners data." Google may process information supplied through Analytics according to its own terms and policies.
10. CRM, automation and future Supabase storage
Currently, contact data is delivered by email to adam@ajpartners.mx and processed on the site's platform.
AJ Partners plans to migrate canonical storage of consent records, privacy rights requests and customer data to Supabase in the future. Supabase is not currently active.
When activated, data will be migrated through a process that respects data subject rights. AJ Partners will not simultaneously use Base44 and Supabase as sources of truth; Supabase will be the canonical source once migrated.
11. WhatsApp and external communications
The contact form requests the user's WhatsApp number so AJ Partners can contact them via that channel.
This does not mean WhatsApp/Meta processes data on the ajpartners.mx site. If AJ Partners uses WhatsApp Business for communications, data is processed according to WhatsApp/Meta terms.
Whether WhatsApp is listed as a provider depends on confirmation from the founder regarding the use of WhatsApp Business.
12. Service providers and processors
AJ Partners uses service providers that may access limited data to provide hosting, analytics, communications, security or automation services.
Details of each provider, its status and purpose are available on the Third-Party Providers and Services page.
AJ Partners does not sell website visitors' personal information. Certain technology providers may receive limited information to provide services, subject to configuration, user preferences and applicable terms.
13. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Mexico, including in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Each provider processes data according to its own terms and privacy policies.
The Third-Party Providers and Services page indicates which providers may involve international transfers.
14. Data retention
Contact form data is retained while an active commercial relationship or pending request exists, and for a reasonable follow-up period.
Privacy rights requests are retained for the time necessary to process the request and document the response.
Consent records are retained while necessary to demonstrate the user's consent state.
You can request deletion of your data through the ARCO rights procedure.
15. Security measures
AJ Partners implements reasonable technical and operational security measures to protect personal data.
Measures include: restricted data access, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and processing through platforms that apply their own security controls.
This notice does not constitute an absolute security guarantee. No system is completely secure. To learn about the security approach for systems AJ Partners designs, see the Security & Infrastructure page.
16. Rights and choices
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights:
• Access: know what personal data is being processed.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Cancellation: request deletion of your data.
• Opposition: object to processing for specific purposes.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent for secondary purposes.
• Limitation of use or disclosure: request that your data not be used or disclosed for certain purposes.
Exercise of these rights is subject to exceptions provided in applicable legislation.
17. ARCO request mechanism
You may submit an ARCO rights request through the form on the Data Rights page or by email to privacy@ajpartners.mx (mailbox pending creation — in the meantime, adam@ajpartners.mx).
The form requests only: name, email, right requested, description, relationship to AJ Partners, and preferred contact method.
Government identification is not requested through a public form. If identity verification is required, a secure process will be designed.
AJ Partners will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. It does not fake deletions, corrections or exports that have not been performed.
18. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent for secondary purposes (marketing, optional analytics) at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the processing of data for primary purposes (responding to your request) or the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
To withdraw analytics consent, you can reopen the cookie preference center from the footer link.
19. Limitation of use or disclosure
You may request limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal data for specific purposes.
This request is submitted through the same ARCO rights mechanism.
AJ Partners will evaluate the admissibility of the request in accordance with applicable legislation.
20. Children and minors
The ajpartners.mx site is directed at businesses and professionals. It is not directed at minors and does not deliberately solicit data from minors.
If you are a minor, do not use the site or submit data through forms without the supervision of a parent or guardian.
21. Changes to this notice
AJ Partners may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes in data practices, applicable legislation or the services offered.
Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date and version.
For significant changes to processing purposes, your consent will be sought where applicable.
