Definition
Business Knowledge Base
A structured collection of information about a company’s products, services, pricing, policies, and processes that the system uses to respond accurately to customers and support AI Employees.
The knowledge base is specific to each business. It is built from the company’s existing materials — website content, pricing sheets, process documents — and refined over time. AI Employees consult the knowledge base to answer questions, but they do not modify it without human review.
