Definition
Knowledge Architecture
The structure and organization of information within the system — how the knowledge base, customer data, and process rules are connected so that AI Employees and the Agentic Website can access the right information at the right time.
Knowledge Architecture is specific to each business. It is designed during the implementation process based on how the company actually works. It is not a generic template. The architecture determines what the system can and cannot do.
