The complete set of connected components — Agentic Website, knowledge base, customer data, workflow rules, AI Employees, and human approval points — that operate together around a company’s processes.
An Agentic Business System is not a single software product. It is an architecture designed around a specific business. Each component has a role, and the connections between them are deliberately designed. The system does not operate autonomously; it operates within boundaries defined by the business.
