Definition
Connected Workflow
A defined sequence of steps that connects the Agentic Website, business tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, calendar), and AI Employees so that customer interactions move through the business without manual handoffs.
A connected workflow does not eliminate human involvement. It eliminates manual handoffs between tools. When a step requires human judgment, the workflow pauses and routes the task to the right person. The system resumes once the human action is complete.
