Definition
Human Approval
A control mechanism that requires a human team member to review and authorize certain actions before they are executed — such as sending a quotation, applying a discount, or confirming an appointment outside standard hours.
Human approval is not optional. It is a designed boundary within the system. The business defines which actions require approval, who can approve them, and under what conditions. The system does not bypass these rules.
