AI Governance
The set of rules, boundaries, and oversight mechanisms that define what AI Employees can and cannot do within the system — including role limits, knowledge boundaries, approval thresholds, and output monitoring.
AI Governance is not a compliance afterthought. It is designed into the system from the start. The business defines the governance rules, and the system enforces them. AI Employees do not operate outside their defined boundaries.
