Definition
Connected Data
The integration of customer data, lead information, conversation history, and business records across the Agentic Website, CRM, and business tools so that every component of the system has access to the same information.
Connected Data is not raw data sharing. It is a deliberate architecture where each component accesses only the data it needs, under role-based access controls. The data flows through defined connections, not ad-hoc exports or manual transfers.
